Your artwork’s value is based on:

• Original purchase price
• Length of ownership (minus a 15-day transit buffer)
• Condition of the artwork

• 0–12 months → 50%
• 12–15 months → 45%
• 15–18 months → 40%
• 18–21 months → 35%
• 21–24 months → 30%
• 24–27 months → 25%
• 27–30 months → 20%
• 30–33 months → 15%
• 33–36 months → 10%
• 36+ months → 0%

Items showing non-manufactured damage may receive a reduced credit or be declined.

2. Submit Your Trade-In Request

Fill out the Trade-In Request Form and include:

• Order ID and SKU
• Artwork condition details
• Photos (if requested)
• Acknowledgement of the Trade-In terms

Our team will review your submission and confirm the approved value via email.

3. Receive a Voucher and Upgrade Your Art

After approval, you will receive a VeeArt voucher:

• Valid for 7 days
• Can reduce up to 50% of your new Textured Art purchase

Our artisans may restore:

• Small dents or scratches
• Aged or weakened sections of the medium

3. Frame Repairs or Replacement

If the frame is damaged or unsuitable for resale, it is:
